How do you qualify a lead?+
Every lead has a verified email, ZIP code, project size estimate, budget band, and timeline. We do not send 'tire-kicker' inquiries with no contact info.

What's the difference between Grandfather and Standard pricing?+
The first 5 partners we sign company-wide lock in the Grandfather rate for the life of their subscription. Once that pool fills, new partners for that city tier pay the Standard rate.
What happens if I don't close any leads?+
We don't tie pricing to closes — it's a fixed monthly placement fee. If leads are dry for 60 days, we'll waive the next month while we tune routing.
How is billing handled?+
Stripe subscription, month-to-month. Cancel any time before the next billing cycle.
